- I won't bored you with my life story My name is Tanya, radio name is Tanya Ann, I grew up in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada in grade six moved to Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada. I graduated from Maple Ridge Secondary School with a passion for Advertisement, and English. I fell in love with Radio in 2005 when I walked into The Old Studios of The Beat 94.5 wayyyyyyy back in the day and always wanted to do something where I can talk all day! And listen to my favorite music but that is not what Radio is about. I currently attend The British Columbia Institute of Technology for Radio Broadcasting till June of 2011. The program consist of Radio News, Announcing, Programming, Copy Writing/Advertisement, and Industry Operations. I still currently want to be an on air personality but by the end of 2011 it could change. Now that I have bored you all with what I want to do and what I am going to do I will tell you some of my Hobbies. I love to Skateboard, Play Baseball and Hockey, I love music from Country to Classic Rock and Rap to Hip-hop(Pretty much everything) I love to Facebook Status I have no clue why. I am pretty easy to get along with, my friends and family are life.
